THIS IS NOT THE END FOR ME!!!

Hello people of the internet, I have dabbled in writing short reviews on a variety of video games, and I have thoroughly enjoyed playing the different games and then reliving the gaming experience I had by writing the review. Unfortunately not long after finding I actually liked scribbling a few notes for other people people to enjoy I found myself working more hours and having less money. Sadly anything driving/car related are not cheap, thus leaving me with no money to buy many new games. So for this I'm really sorry.

But I have recently decided that work can no longer prioritise my life and I am making more time for people and myself, kick starting with a trip to Leeds this weekend for the ThoughtBubble convention with my best pal Ari (check out her awesome blog, link at the bottom). And a lot of pretty exciting stuff has been going on for me over the last few weeks, which I plan on blogging about, so watch this space, I won't be gone for long.

So people of the internet I bid you farewell for now.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Xbox 360!

Hey guys, Lawrence here once more. So I've been really busy recently, my friend Ari has been staying with me for a few days so I haven't done much in the way of gaming, but totally worth it to see my friend. But now I'm alone again and decided to progress a little further in my Skyrim file. So heres my review, hope you guys enjoy.

Skyrim.

Uhm don't know why there is this huge gap between the image and this text? What the fuck Blogger? But anyway, Skyrim is an open world based role playing game, not unlike games like Grand Theft Auto and Fallout, and I believe is set 200 years after the previous Elder scrolls games (I think there are 4 before this).
As I just wrote Skyrim is an open world game, which is totally bad ass, its a world filled with challenges, interesting people, strange creatures and a whole lot of cool shit to find! Not only is it a fun game to play, and I don't really rate a game based on its graphics, but Skyrim's graphics are pretty good, which for an open world role playing game does make it a lot more enjoyable. although getting up rocks and mountains is difficult, I suggest jumping side to side to weave up the rock or mountain, it usually works for me.

The game is set in the continent of Tamriel, where you are in the northern realm, Skyrim. Which is populated by mostly Nords. This game focusses a lot more around dragons, more so than the previous games anyway, you can slay them and get some pretty valuable remains, and eventually tame a dragon. Very fun.

So to be honest guys, I really prefer the side missions of this game, the main storyline to this game is really just "same shit different time period!?" but the side missions is fun, I particularly enjoy the Dark Brotherhood missions, why? A "little girl" named Babette.

Babette.
Although Babette may look like a sweet little 10 year old girl, but she is not she's a 300 year old vampire who works as an assassin for the Dark Brotherhood. Here's her lure...

"I'm just a little girl! The Dark Brotherhood killed my mama and papa, and then they took me captive! Please, please help me! Rather convincing, don't you think? In truth, I'm no more a little girl than you are. I was once, of course. Three hundred years ago. Vampirism tends to keep one remarkably... fresh."

Seriously thought I'd have to play the whole game again just to find that quote, but fortunately she repeats it.

But yeah, she's cool! Anyway I'm going to go to sleep because it is 1:29am and I need to be up at 6:30am, so sorry for the shitty short review, I'll try get better with that.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, is going to get a 4/10 rating from me. I do like the game but i just found the side missions more stimulating, where I didn't in Fallout 3 (and the gameplay in these two games is very similar). So give it a go guys. Become a Nord today. Bye!

Gone Home. PC!

Hey guys, hope you are all good, this is going to be my review on a new game I got from Steam called Gone Home. Enjoy!
Gone Home
Okay so apparently the feeling of going to the house you grew up in and going into your old bedroom is a really weird feeling and kind of a nostalgic one too. I still live with my parents so I don't know. but that's kind of the basis of this game, Gone Home. I wasn't just being a rambler. You play as a young girl, I don't think it mentions her age, I'd say about 19 or 20 maybe, well she's been travelling around Europe and she's coming home to see her mum, dad and little sister. But when getting to the front door the house is locked up and empty with an mysterious letter on the door addressed to you from your sister, Sam, basically telling you not to worry and that she is fine and one day she will see her again. when you find the key and get into the house you're welcomed by a sort of colonial decorated entrance, the house is obviously more of a mansion. There is a definite spooky feel to the house, the entire time through you're expecting something to jump out, but I won't give anything away. As you explore through the house and each individual room you find diary entries from your sister which begin to explain why the house is empty and what has happened to your family, thus the story evolving.

Family Portrait.

Along with diary entries there are things like photos, report cards and little notes and letters scattered around the house, each of which helps you to understand the story more. And if you enjoy games where you can just explore someone's house and rummaging around other people belongings then I'd say try this game, it is really fun and the ending is good too. It's a little pricey, its £19.99 on Steam, but there's probably a free download somewhere. I'll give this game 7/10, its a lot of money for a game which is just mostly exploring.

Follow me on Twitter, I don't use it much and I generally Tweet shit but, follow me and i'll follow you back :-)

The Sims 4. Soon to be PC! 2014 Release!

Hello fellow gamers, bloggers and readers. A quick sorry again for the lacking of reviews, I've just been really struggling for time recently, I've just been so busy with work and everything. But I have just invested in a new PC and its really nice and its a really good system and I cant wait to get it properly set up so hopefully that wont take long, I'll probably write a little post about it when its finished, just in case you were thinking of buying one. You gotta know your stuff yo!
Anyway I'm writing today about the new information we've been given about The Sims 4, like, oh my God I am so excited for The Sims 4. The Sims series has always been a favourite for me as you may know if you've read my review on The Sims 3 which I'll link at the bottom.
The Sims 4 first look.
So the teaser video introduces with a producer of TS4 called Lindsey Pearson and she narrates the video which shows us a little bit of create a Sim, building a house, gameplay and a few new features. Which all look very exciting.

The teaser starts with the create a Sim, which is the most exciting feature for me because it just looks so slick. Previously in TS2 and TS3 we've had to use sliders to adjust Sims, for facial features and body size, but as the teaser video shows us in TS4 all we'll have to do is click on the area of the Sim that wants to be made bigger or smaller, you just click, push and pull, it looks very detailed, even the size of the pupils can be adjusted. The feature of choosing your Sims voice and personality is still included in the game, but the teaser doesn't really give much away on how the personality will be conjured. In TS2 you could choose "turn-on's" and "turn-off's" and in TS3 you choose traits to individualise each Sim, so I don't know how they will incorporate choosing personalities in TS4. Another cool looking feature is how you get to choose the way your Sim moves, choosing from a variety of mannerisms and walks.

The creation and design of building a house looks interesting, it appears you get a standard square room which you can move around and push and pull into any shape, and height of rooms, now that is a good feature to me, like in my house I have pretty high ceilings downstairs, so I imagine a lot of peoples hoses do, its small features like this that are really getting The Sims series into a really realistic Simulation game. No mention of diagonal walls but I suppose that's no big deal, you can also just pick up a room and move it and all the furniture and décor will move with it, can't think of a time where I've needed to do that but I'll probably find a reason to utilise the feature, just because I can. There was no mention of the furnishing of your home, I did read somewhere that it will be an Ikea like catalogue. Shame I don't really like Ikea. God damn flat pack!

New emotional states have been introduced into the game, which again we aren't completely unfamiliar with e.g. being "heart broken", or "having a blast" but it appears to be much more detailed and specific in TS4, if you're doing well when picking someone up your Sim may become confident and will better succeed with flirting, or if you Sims is angry they will have to do something to reduce the anger, like punching a punch bag.

So in conclusion TS4 looks like its going to be an amazing game not unlike its prior releases , The Sims has always been a top selling game. I hope you enjoyed this review on the new Teaser video, hopefully we will be kept informed as more developments in the game are made.

Check out the teaser for yourself: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WjPPjU8OARg

Sorry for the lack of pictures, but I couldn't really find any good ones that were worth  putting up, and quick reminder, TS3 Into the Future is released in only 60 days from today! So excited for this game, like we've seen pets and seasons and holiday expansion packs so many times, this one looks totally fresh and honestly a nice change, here's the link, its available to pre-order for £29.99: http://thesims.com/en_GB/the-sims-3-into-the-future

So I can't actually rate this game yet because I obviously haven't played it yet. but I predict it will achieve 10/10. Oh and here's the link to my review on The Sims 3: http://justplayingsomegames.blogspot.com/2013/07/the-sims-3-pc-lots-of-lawrences.html?spref=tw

Euro Truck Simulator. PC!

Yo. Sorry for the incredible lack of uploads I've been so busy I just haven't had time to game that much, my friend Ari (who I mentioned in my RE5 review) stayed at mine for a couple of nights so I was good busy, but I have had time to play a bit of Euro Truck Simulator, and as I mentioned in my Steam Summer Sale review, I am going to try and review all the games I bought. EUT is a very basic game, including the graphics and gameplay. Its totally easy to follow and the controls are simple.

Euro Truck Simulator.
Basically the game starts you off in a showroom for trucks, I think there's two different ones you can afford to start with. Bothe equally shitty. But I suppose it takes you from A - B. Another thing I didn't like was if you crash the truck like twice it gets totally battered. Really annoying. And then it starts to really crawl along the road, top speed of about 20 miles per hour. which for motorways is obviously not good, and the trucks actual top speed (that I achieved) was about 70 miles per hour and if this truck was real that would have literally have been foot on the floor!

Truckin' along.
The controls for the game aren't difficult, but the can be a little confusing as there is a lot of them, but I opted to use a steering wheel and pedals, as I have finally got some. YAY! Although driving with a toy steering wheel is very different to driving an actual car, mostly because there are no indicators, gears, clutch pedal or break pedal, what acts as the break pedal is actually a reverse pedal, which in an actual car is just the accelerator pedal in reverse. But obviously that makes it easier than driving a car.

Steering Wheel.
When driving the car is mastered its pretty straight forward, choose some cargo, choose where you want the cargo to go and then deliver the cargo. you start in the U.K but the more deliveries you successfully make the more experience, money and locations you will receive. Experience (and rewards) will help you to unlock more locations over the U.K and eventually over Europe.

This is a goodish game, but it is the first game I've reviewed that I probably wouldn't recommend. So I'm going to give it a score of 4/10. I have given it some clearance because it is a little addictive, but I just raged the whole time because the second you smack the truck into a bollard or something it breaks the fuck down and you move so slow and it pissed me off! so yeah. Low score.
If for some reason you would still like to play this game here is the link to it on Steam, its only £5.99 (there's a reason its so cheap):
http://store.steampowered.com/app/232010/
And here's a link to the disc on Amazon, same price at £5.99, but you have to pay £2.03 delivery:

Steam Summer Sale!

Hey guys, hope you're good. HOPE YOU'RE AWESOME!!! I know I am, and why? Because Steam have just had there Summer Sale, its still on actually so if you haven't checked it out you should get over there and grab the bargains while they're there, the offers don't last for long, its like 8 hours for most things, and then they have like a daily deal, but I'm sure most of you fellow gamers have checked it out. So in this review I'm going to kind of highlight a few of the games I bought, who knows you might even see something you like the look of. Enjoy.

Just read it finished on the 22nd, oops sorry if I got your hopes up :'( *Sorry Lawrence*

Steam Sale we love you.
I had never used Steam before this summer, I've always been a preferred console gamer and less interested in PC gaming, oh how times change, I fucking love PC gaming now. So when I saw how good this sale was my wallet practically screamed "SPEND MONEY" so I obliged. but I got so cracking bargains.

Euro Truck Simulator.
This game is so addictive, I originally bought it because it was cheap and I was just filling my basket, but its actually very good, simple graphics but quite good. basically delivering one lorry cargo of merchandise from one destination in Europe to another, stay in one country or go over seas. Like I said its a simple game but its so fun, definitely one to recommend,
A well deserved rating of 6/10

Fallout: New Vegas.
I am yet too play New Vegas as I am still playing through Fallout 3 (review to come soon) but it was only £2.49, how could I not? I've really been enjoying F3 though but I wont go into detail because I want to eventually review it separately.

Tomb Raider.
So I'm really enjoying playing this game, the graphics are really good and the story line is enticing. I never want to turn it off. And I really want to talk about it but I want to review this separately when I've finished it like I plan to with Fallout. Sorry guys.

Fallout: New Vegas and Remember Me.
I did buy a lot of games from the Steam Summer Sale, but I hope to have played them all in time for next years sale. If you know of any good games that you would like me to review or do some game play of on YouTube let me know in the comments, I promise I'll do it. Apologies for the short post guys. Have a good day. BYYYYYEEEEE!!!!!

Resident Evil 4. Playstation 2!

Hello readers, if you're reading this you are obviously a fan of Resident Evil, or you are curious about Resident Evil. And if you have played RE4 then you will know that it is a great game, like this game is really good. So I hope you enjoy my review on it, and if you do like it leave a comment if you want or take a look at some of my other reviews, where I write my take on other games.

Resident Evil 4, Ari's actual copy.
Well this game has been such a big part of my whole gaming life, to be honest it was one of the first games I ever really dabbled in properly on PlayStation 2, and I remember exactly how I got into it, picture the scene... The year was 2006 and I was in Year 8 at secondary school, it was a Thursday and I remember that it was a Thursday because I always went to my friend Ari's house on a Thursday after school and we'd catch the bus and then I got a ride home with my mum on her way back from work, it worked out perfectly because the hospital she worked at was just round the corner from Ari's house... Sorry I rambled. So yeah, we went to Ari's house and she told me that she had bought RE4 and had played a little, so Ari loaded up her PS2 and she played and I watched, and she was at the big fight with the evil Ramon Salazar. RE4 is a third person shooter, which I surprisingly loved as I generally prefer first person shooters like Call of Duty.

Ramon Salazar.
Well Ari soon defeated Salazar and I went home but something about the game really intrigued me, well us both I think, so we made plans to play the game from start the next day and over the weekend. The game starts as a previously known RE character, Leon S. Kennedy being driven to a little Spanish village by two rather sarcastic Spanish guards or police, I cant remember there exact job titles. The gameplay starts with Leon (played by you)

Leon & Ashley... Nice curtains Leon.
checking out this creepy, really dilapidated looking log cabin, within is a "hostile local" who you had to "neutralise" the two guards die and you have to walk to the village, in a nutshell. Once in the village you have to end a few more local zombies, well there not really zombies, but for arguments sake we'll call them zombies. And in, I think its the second house on the left as you enter the village, there's a nasty little surprise. enter it and you'll have to face a crazy with a chainsaw! Dr Salvador, there's a few Dr Salvador's in the game and he has a girlfriend, well two actually. CHAINSAW ORGY PARTY! And they're called the Bella Sisters, twins, kinky right?

I thought this was funny, just a little RE4 meme.
So the reason you are in Spain is to save the Presidents daughter who was snatched from the states by a cult called the Los Iluminados, which is leaded by Osmund Saddler, he plans on infecting the Presidents daughter, Ashley Graham, with a mind controlling parasite called Las Plagas, ship her back off to the States which would consequently infect her father, President Graham, and he would control the nation under Saddlers command. Pretty evil right? and after a bit of back and forthing and several "lets rescue stupid Ashley" missions you face Saddler who is surprisingly not that difficult to beat, and the final defeating hit is delivered by a present from the lovely Ada.
Ada & her leg twin Angelina.

Ada Wong is one of those fictitious characters whom you would love to stick a knife in. But at the same time you would be sad if she died, although me and Ari had many laughs at her expense we did always know we would just start from our last checkpoint (which is a typewriter) and she would be alive. Ada's character is just as important to RE4 as Leon, Ashley and Saddler. there's a lot of unexpected aids in RE4 that help Leon not die basically, things like a church bell ringing and it luring an enclosing crowd of minions away from you. Well that's thanks to Ada, she is supposed to be working with Saddler, but is actually working for the evil mastermind behind the umbrella corporation, but still helps Leon. Bitch is crazy! But what is really cool is that you can play Ada's story once you have completed Leon's story. Ada's story answers a lot of questions that you may not of even had, Ada's character is very mysterious, as she says "she prefers to hide in the shadows" Strong romantic feelings between Leon and Ada are strongly suggested throughout the series, including Ashley asking Leon to go back to her house and do some "overtime" when he totally pies her she assumes its because he has feelings for Ada.

OMFG CUTE ^.^
Resident Evil 4 is 99% an awesome game, the 1% flop is the fact that it isn't multiplayer, I don't know how they'd have incorporated that into the storyline because Leon doesn't have a direct partner, he spends very little time with Ada, probably about 5 minutes through the whole game in cut scenes (which are very good by the way) and Ashley can't really be called a partner given that she is about as useful as tits on a fish! But when all is said and done Ashley returns home safely and Leon can relax, until next time.

So I hope you enjoyed my review for RE4, I love this game, actually once me and Ari (who I mentioned a few times) saw a record for this game being completed in like 6 and a half hours, and this was in a legitimate gaming record book. We then did a complete play through in 2 and a half hours. but we hadn't read the rules so we couldn't submit our time for the next years book. Shame but we always played for fun so won in that aspect.
Me & Ari, she's a crazy red head, and despite looking like one, I'm not a druggie!

I'm scoring this game 9.9/10, would loved it to have been multiplayer like RE5 and RE6, but it is definitely not a deal breaker, this is a game to keep at hand as it never gets old.
http://www.res-evil.com/re4/ check out this site it is really interesting, has trivia and clips and stuff.

Minecraft. PC & Xbox 360!

Hey how hoe peeps, I hope you are all having an amazing week, mine has been okay except my brother broke my Xbox. That bastard. And I think I mentioned in my Defiance review that my laptop had deleted a post so I had to rewrite it, well I fixed it :D YAY!
Anyway on with the show, hope you enjoy my review for Minecraft.

Minecraft.

So I really like Minecraft, I don't know what it is about it but I could just spend hours on it and before I know it, the days gone! I mean, me and my brother have built some pretty cool stuff, including a train station which lead to all the surrounding villages, it sounds a little sad but it was cool to do, and some rather funky houses, some on Survival and some on Creative, and there is a difference.
on Creative mode you have an unlimited inventory of everything item and material available on the game, so searching for resources is not an issue, but you don't really get a sense of achievement, where you would on Survival mode, in this mode you start with nothing, no weapons for harvesting food or materials, no materials to build even a bed, so it makes it fun, not difficult but fun! But you can make a little bit of something in Creative and then change the gameplay to Survival, which I have done before and it really helped me out a lot.
Minecraft is a completely open map game and you can be given any kind of map, some good and others not so great, when you start you can pick a "seed" I always find that 69 always spawns you a decent world. Or you can pick to have a flat world with no mountains, water, snow, sand, trees, weeds or anything, just a complete flat square land. And along with there being this awesome, opportunistic world, you also get what's called, The Nether which is basically an alternate world which is well beneath the bedrock which is impossible to dig through. to enter The Nether, you need 10 blocks of obsidian and a flint and steel to light the old bitch up. Jump into the screen and you will be magically teleported to the creepy and mysterious Nether, which is infested with Zombie Pigmen, ghasts, Magma cubes and blazers, all beatable with a sword! But for ghasts I would recommend a bow and arrow, to leave simply re-enter The Nether portal.

Nether Portal

And as well as there being a 'Nether' land to discover there is also 'The End', firstly it is difficult to get too! To get here you have to find a labyrinth like cave, which is kind of like an underground castle, with a library. There is only one portal to this world in the whole map, so happy hunting. But finding it is not the only problem, to get access you need to have Ender eyes and magma cream, to get Ender eyes you need to find and kill Endermen (found in the normal world), and for magma cream you must find and kill Blazers (found in The Nether) these to items mixed together makes Enderpearls. Once in The End, and you've had a little dig around, you come face to face with the Ender dragon, who is an asshole to kill, so make sure you only enter The End if you have good armour and good weaponry (I'm talking diamonds!) But if you do kill this slippery sucker, you get, a ton, of  XP. so, WORTH IT!

Something I've always really liked about gaming, and this may seem irrelevant but its not, is having my collection of discs of cartridges, or at least being able to have the option to have the game on disc or cartridge rather than an online download, and until last month Minecraft was only a downloadable game (a very successful one none the less) but I obviously got the disc because, you know, Minecraft, awesomeness!

Vajjy Island, Seed 69.

As I mentioned, Creative is definitely the easier way to play, and I play in Creative if I just want to have some fun building a silly structure, like a pint of beer for example. But Survival is definitely the way to go, its so much more challenging, there's monsters and everything. Watch out for those monsters, they can be pretty mean! And theirs plenty of them, including Creepers (the blow up!) Pig warriors, endermen, spiders, wolfs, zombies and there is many more to look out for, but most of them can be slayed with the end of a sword! Some are found in the normal world and some in The Nether, and in The End there is the Ender Dragon, as I mentioned above, and he's not the friendliest dragon in the world, actually he's a douche!

You can also play Minecraft online and in a multilayer mode, which I love doing with my two brothers, they either come to one of my worlds or we go to one of there worlds and just grief each other, it's great. oh and griefing is where you go to someone else's world and just cause utter chaos, pouring lava on there structures or blowing them up with TNT, but obviously you wouldn't save the data so its all harmless fun really.

So as you can see this is a really good game, and its pretty flawless to be honest. I'd give this game a rating of 7/10. No higher because it is a little tedious when you are building things like the pint house, as everything is built by one single block at a time.

Here is the link to Minecraft on the Xbox Marketplace;  http://marketplace.xbox.com/en-GB/Product/Minecraft/66acd000-77fe-1000-9115-d802584111f7?nosplash=1&DownloadType=Game#LiveZone
Not a bad price but I think its cheaper on disc.

And here is the link to the PC version; https://minecraft.net/store

I'm sorry this reviews a little short or rushed? but I was really tired when I wrote it and I was getting ready to go to work, but I wanted to get it uploaded. Have a super awesome day you guys.                   :-) Bye!!

Scrap that, I've been back after work and a nap, and I've put more stuff in about the other kinds of worlds within Minecraft, so hopefully I've redeemed my slacker ways :-) and thank you to my brother who helped me word this properly, because I'm silly and couldn't get it to read right. byeeee :D:D

Defiance. Xbox 360!

Hello fellow gamers, in the third instalment to my blog I'm going to write a bit about a new game I've been playing, hope you enjoy it, and remember, comments are always welcome, and appreciated.

Defiance, well what can I say about Defiance, apart from that it is a viable answer to everything. Just saying it rolls off the tongue perfectly, for example;
"Are you free for lunch?"... "Defiance"
"Should we have a baby?"... "Defiance"
"Have you just had a new tattoo?"... "Defiance..."
I just love everything about Defiance, the word, the game, and definitely the online gameplay.

So this game is a totally an online based game, (and I'm pretty sure you have to have Xbox Live, there isn't an offline option when doing the campaign) which obviously if you don't use Xbox Live then its all extra expenses, I think Xbox Live is about £39.99, and if you're at school or a student I guess that's a lot of money... But Defiance is worth it for. Before I go to much into detail about the game itself I'll just write a bit about first impressions. So the game cost £20.00 from Tesco, which for quite a new release with such a vast map, I thought was a steal, and as if that wasn't enough when I opened the case there were two cool postcards inside, to which I fanboy'd. But to be honest I was a little disappointed with the booklet which was included, it had no real information about the game, just a whole lot of small print legal shit, like, I miss that, I used to love getting a new video game and on my way home looking through the booklet at all the cool features I would later get to enjoy, but it seems the last few games I have bought, the books have been a little slim (especially with The Sims 3) but it did have a cool picture in the centre of the book advertising Defiance the series on Syfy (UK). And to add to my fanboying one of the actors from the TV series who plays Joshua Nolan, Grant Bowler is ina few episodes of Lost. My favourite TV show.

Defiance & My two postcards.
One small feature of the game that I actually really liked was the creation of my character, there was a few different things too choose from with hair, facial hair, scars, tattoos and species, although my character looks nothing like me I still enjoying playing as him, well and the fact that he doesn't have my name, he is named Benjamin Linus after one of my favourite Lost characters (who he also looks nothing like).

                                                                     My Character.

When you start the game throws you right in, its awesome, there's so much combat at every turn but not so much that it just gets tiresome, weapons are easily available and kills and xp are fun too obtain (unlike on Modern Warfare 2, online multiplayer where I just rage) and I also love the fact that you can find an online buddy too help you do campaign missions, side missions or Arkfalls, (which are big fights with really strong creatures) but the being able to play with "online buddies" does bring additional problems to the games...

Arkfall's on the map.

Although playing online is great (as my previous Black Ops 2 blog review would indicate my enjoyment of online gameplay) the fact that there is just so much online gameplay and such a big map the game can get a little lagee, which isn't the end of the world, but still a little annoying. Also another pain with the game, which is also to do with the online thing, is the large amount of patches that need to be downloaded, they can take a long time. But they are necessary to play the game, I mean we want it to play properly don't we guys?

A WHOLE FREAKING DAY?!

But despite the miner annoyances that come with Defiance it is still an amazing game that I would highly recommend, it is one of those games that you just do not want to stop playing.

Rating for this game, a well deserved 8/10!

It's 3,200 Microsoft Points, which will cost £34.67 but you will get 4,200 MP's for that and its the best deal, but I would advise you just buy the disc for £20 from Tesco.

Remember to leave a comment if you want to share an opinion, you don't have to, obviously that's up to you, but I would really appreciate it. And this post was a bit longer and would have been uploaded earlier if my laptop had not deleted half of it! Do not buy a Vaio!!
Hope you guys enjoyed reading my review on Defiance, have a beautiful day and may you have luck prospering in your gaming adventures. Bye guys :-)

Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. Online Multiplayer! Xbox 360!

Hey you guys, so my last blog (and my first blog actually) was okay, I had a few page views and I really enjoyed writing it so I'm going to carry on! So in this post I'm going to write about Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, online multiplayer for Xbox 360, enjoy.

So this is one of my most favourite games in the world, I love it. Playing online never gets boring and you never want to turn off to go to bed or work or whatever.
I find the best way to play is in a "Party" because then you are playing with up to 11 of your online friends (unless you're not the host in which case you could be playing with up to 10 of the hosts friends) I like this but you'll find a lot of online users don't play the game entirely properly.

No 1. BOOSTERS!!! This is basically when people get in a match together and purposely let people kill them over and over to get there xp up quickly, and then they will swap roles. its cheating and very annoying, its brilliant when you get placed in a boosting lobby because I obviously destroy them and ruin their planned boosting lobby (as I gather they are quite difficult to get going it annoys the people).
No 2. CAMPERS!!! Campers are people that chose  a sneaky spot on the map and hide their waiting for their foes to run past and then they pounce from the shadows, again very annoying, not necessarily cheating but a little unfair non the less.
No 3. MODDERS!!! These are people who have modified their game to make it work more in their favour, this, like boosting, is cheating and very frustrating.
No 4. BULLIES :-(!!! So as I mentioned I enjoy ruining boosting lobbies, this is purely because its wrong, and its cheating, but the people I do this too don't always agree with me and I've been called some horrible things over Xbox Live, e.g.
Xbox Live User: "WHAT THE F@&* ARE YOU DOING IDIOT, stroking your (0(k and fingering your v*gin*?"
   Me: "Something like that"
Xbox Live User: "Oh my God did you just say you have a v*gin*, hahahahahaha HERMIE!! GUYS THIS DUDES A HERMIE"
This doesn't really bother me, this guy was an ass hole and pathetic, I don't let it bother me but you do get them a lot. But on the other hand all that aside, the game is ace, playing online with friends is great and I really enjoy playing with them and discussing tactics with them, so I would 100% recommend it.

Rating for this game 10/10
Here's a link to Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 on the Xbox marketplace, it's £49.99, which is really expensive to be honest, I think its about £20.00 on Amazon pre-owned, Like New, so that might be worth a look.

I hope any readers enjoy this, I certainly enjoyed writing it up and feel free to leave a comment. Oh and i forgot to leave a rating for the game a reviewed last week which was Who's Gonna Get The Girl, also for Xbox 360, and i would have given it 7/10, because it is hilarious there is just sexual innuendo after sexual innuendo (as you saw in the picture with the hotdog), but it the girl is also crazy which makes it a little frustrating at bits, link below...

Who's Gonna Get The Girl. Xbox 360 Blog!

So I have decided to start writing a Blog as I have found myself with a lot of spare time. And the thing I enjoy doing the most, and what I will be writing about in this Blog, is gaming. but I should probably start by talking about myself (if you want to ignore this part I understand...) I'm Lawrence, I'm 20 years old and live with my parents in England. I've finished school and College and am now trying to get into Health Care Administration, which is surprising for someone who enjoys gaming as much as I do, but then again work life and personal life are totally different. But I'll not ramble, and I hope you enjoy this post!

Who's Gonna Get The Girl.

So I'm sure anyone who has an Xbox 360 will know that some Indie Games have got a reputation for being a little saucy, well this game takes the cake! The game is about a guy (played by yourself) and you're trying to land the girl in the picture. She is crazy. Before you even get the chance to sit down with her she can flip out and tell you to get lost, you seriously have to tread on egg shells with this girl if you want to complete the game, to do so you have to remember a series of information about her, such as name, age, occupation, favourite colour, favourite food and so on. and if she isn't a Stripper called Chenika, then I'll be honest, she just isn't worth your time. Well apart from the fact that she has some tig ol' bitties and eats hot dogs in a rather seductive manner.

Mouth full of hot, dog.

If you are lucky enough to actually get her to meet you in a weird techno club then be prepared as the madness of this game only gets worse. For starters she turns up to the club in a dress that looks like weird futuristic cheese grater, and yet she has some more crazy for you, including a bombardment of questions about facts she told you about herself earlier in the game, get one wrong. and it could all be over! But if you get them right (I suggest writing everything down).
When successful you agree to go out again, this time for dinner at a restaurant, more questions, blah, blah! And if you're successful on this date, what could happen? You'll have to play to find out ;-)

Here's the link guys, it's 240 Microsoft Points so if you have a few points leftover you could treat yourself, or just play the free trial and see how you get on with it.

So if you enjoyed this post leave a comment and if people like it I'll do more, as I said I love gaming so to be able to share it with other likeminded people would be really awesome.
Have a nice day you guys!
